COMMUNICATING WITH SELLERS

Its amazing to me how I hear from both buyers and sellers that they have not heard back from Realtors. I URGE REALTORS to CALL clients, write notes, or email them...JUST COMMUNICATE.
Sellers want to hear from you and especially want feedback as soon as possible after showings, open houses, and even the lack of showings and what needs to be done to change this.
As soon as I receive an email from Supra telling me that an agent has shown one of my listings, I forward that email to my seller and then let them know that I will get the feedback on this showing the moment I receive the response. This also helps because if I forward the email and do not receive feedback from the buyer agent, The seller will contact me if I do not get feedback and ask for it!! (I promise)

The Local Market

I am not your typical Realtor that got into the business when homes were selling like hot cakes, nope, not me. I was working in Real Estate doing Marketing right when the market shifted, and this is when I decided, If I can sale homes during a down market, This may be the career path for me!
With a background in art and a love for architecture & design, oh and it helps being a general contractor too; I earned my NC Real Estate License and now am a full time broker with Keller Williams Realty in Pinehurst NC.
Thru social media and networking, I find myself talking to people all the time about Real Estate and the same question almost always pops up... HOW IS THE LOCAL MARKET?
Well, in my opinion and the experiences I have had, We have not been so hurt by the shift as many others. The Market does have a huge inventory of Homes & Land for Sale, and builders are working diligently beginning new developments. Moore County is near Ft Bragg, Camp McCall, and home of the Golf Capital of the World. We pride ourselves on Southern Hospitality and a great place to raise a family or retire. The climate is wonderful with mild winters and a long spring & fall. Moore County also welcomes the military that are coming thru BRAC & FORSECOM. So to sum it up, we are busy here and its a great time to buy or sale!
I would be more than happy to help you with any Real Estate needs and appreciate all referrals.
