I was asked this today in the check out line at a local store, and it seems to pop up very often lately. The hard part about it, I'm also a general contractor & would love to build! After seeing so many Tract builders in the area though, the price or resale scares me as we don't know what will happen. These homes are also driving costs down on older resales.
My gut tells me that we are on the way back up, but the comps are still not showing that... so, my answer is a toss up & either way, I can assist.
